DRM
If you've heard the term "DRM" thrown around recently, and don't know what it means, this article explains it. It basically has to do with companies putting software on CDs,DVDs,video games, etc. to keep people from trading the files. What ultimately ends up happening is that you won't be able to buy the CD,DVD,video game,or whatever other type of digital media,on many different types of players/systems,because of software that comes encoded on the disc. Furthermore,it will sometimes automatically install software on your computer (if you pop the item into your computer),that will track your internet activities, and send information about what sites you visit to advertisers, causing you more pop-ups and spam email.
